Gin – 60 ml     

Lime Juice – 5 ml  

Top-up ½ part Cranberry Juice and ½ part Soda

Fill your glass with ice and splash the gin with a dash of lime juice over it. Add equal parts of cranberry juice and soda. Stir and garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig.

Sweet and Sour Mix – 10 ml

Apple Juice – 60 ml

Pour in white rum, sweet and sour mix and the apple juice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into your Tom Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with an apple slice or simply add a few apple crumbs with a basil leaf on top.

Vodka – 30 ml

Lemonade (Frozen) – 30 ml

Basil Leaves

Sliced Cucumber

Lime Juice

How to make it right:

Add 3-4 basil leaves, slices of cucumber and lime juice in a glass with a bit sugar. Mix it well. Pour in Vodka and lemonade together and stir. Drop in those ice-cubes and garnish with a basil leaf and a cucumber slice.

White Rum – 50 ml

Peach Brandy – 25 ml

Peach Juice – 30 ml

Lime Juice – 15 ml

Pineapple Syrup – 1 tsp

Peach Slice

Rosemary leaves

How to make it right:

Add the white rum, peach brandy, peach juice and pineapple syrup with a bit of sugar into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to the rhythm of your favorite monsoon tunes. Empty the contents from the shaker into a highball glass. Add a dash of lime juice and ice cubes to the mix and stir. Garnish with a slice of peach and rosemary leaf.

Watermelon Juice – 40ml

Gin – 60 ml

Ginger Ale – 20ml

Lime Juice – 5ml

Lime Wedges

How to make it right:

Splash the gin into a glass filled with ice. Puree the watermelon and strain into the glass. Top up with ginger ale with a dash of lime. Garnish with lime wedges and basil for a herby flavor.
